The Bear suite is our VIP, Very Important Pet, suite. It is 6' x 6'
room with private TV/DVD. Great for extra room, ex-large dog breeds or any multi-family of pampered pets.
Fox Private Suite
Deluxe Suite $37.00 2nd dog $25.00
Each of the 6 deluxe suites have their own lodge theme. Our deluxe suites
are 6'x 4.5' or larger and sleeps up to two ex-large dogs, three
medium and up to 4 small dogs.
Rates are $37.00 - 2nd dog $25.00
Please note only well mannered dogs that are well socialized with other dogs and are able to participate in group play may board in these suites. UPDATE - The dogs are loving these new accomodations!
Keeping green, each suite is lined with recyclable rubber flooring and made from the following K-9 safe materials.

We aim to please so sometimes we can accommodate different time frames during our business hours. Out of business hours when accommodated are serviced with a $10 surcharge.
NOTE: If we have no prearranged appointments we are closed to the public.
What's Included in Your Pets Lodging Stay?
We provide CAREGIVING not just beds and bunks but companionship, love, lap time, snuggles & belly rubs! Our inclusive care means there is no charge for separate handling, senior, special needs or daycare camp OR for holidays
Group play is for dogs that are puppies or have had lots of socialization with other dogs and meet the daycare camp rules.
Our goal is to obtain as much as a stress free environment as your pet will allow us. As pet professionals who are part dog & as trainers making your dog feel comfortable is natural for us. Our facility helps with the home environment & with the utilization of the sounds of home like TV, DVD Disney movies and music.
Reservations, Early Check Outs, Deposits & Refunds
Boarding kennel rates include our quality daycare and daycare camp play in your rate BALANCED with rest & nap times. We are setup as a lodge for pets so just like when you make a reservation for a hotel room a deposit is required at time of booking. As a resort kennel our cancellation policy is 8 or more days prior for refunds. The exception to this is the week before or after a holiday or surrounding counties School Spring Breaks then 14 days or more prior to your secure reservation to avoid a one night charge.
Early Checkouts will be charged for the term originally booked without prior approval. No fee would be accessed IF we have enough time to re-book your suite.
Timely cancellations will result in a refund of your deposit minus a $10.00 administration fee by mail within 30 days or within 7 days if picked up by appointment.
Lodging Rate Calculations & Late Check Outs
Services are taxable in Steuben Co. at 8%. Check-in is day one regardless of your check-in appointment time. We prefer your dog(s) to join us by 4 PM to
have time to meet friends (staff and other dogs, if appropriate) before
bedtime.
The Hospitality Industry has morning check outs. Ours for your doggie's
lodge stay is 10:00 AM. If you wish a later check-out for your "fur kid"
we offer a reduced fee equal to our daycare camp price. What a deal, saves you from being charged another night!
