Unlike a standard boarding kennel our lodge provides guest with several kinds of beds, blankets, feeding & water dishes. Holistic treats are provided through-out the day along with nightly turn down choices like pup-corn with a Disney movie. See FAQ for What do I need to bring besides my dog?

CLOSED to the public other then by appointment for canine safety! Check-in & Outs serviced during the following times on a "First Booked Basis" every 15 minutes.
Monday - Friday 9:00 - 10:00 AM 4:00 - 5:45 PM
Saturday & Sunday 9:00 - 10:00 AM 4:00 - 4:45 PM
We aim to please so sometimes we can accommodate different time frames during our business hours. Out of business hours when accommodated are serviced with a $10 surcharge.
We prefer to have your pet join us by 4 PM if possible so we may have time to play them down before closing for the night. Please be respectful and help us manage our dogs by calling if your later then 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment.
Think what happens in your home or friends with untrained dogs when some one arrives, be it strangers, UPS or the mailman? Now times that times 10 or more excited dogs that are wanting to see the new people and arriving dogs! We are very successful at handling our open play environment. We are also very successful of managing dogs separately so please do not assume all dogs on premise are friendly, do not approach fencing with your dogs. YOUR COOPERATION IS IMPORTANT. We run on a schedule based on servicing your appointment along with balancing all of our the animals individual needs.

Sweet Annie doesn't enjoy overly excited dogs so we move her into the small dog play area with grass, paving and decking to lounge and play. She will join her big family dogs with the rest of the gang once things quiet down again. Please help us keep it stress free for the Annie's of our World.

Vaccinations
We require proof of Rabies vaccination, no tags. See Resources for NY State Rabies Waivers signed by your Vet. Please scan or email your rabies certificate to us PRIOR to being accepted for boarding or daycare camp. You may also bring your paperwork in with you at check-in.
Bordetella Vaccination for Dogs: Fraud and Fallacy If you CHOOSE to have your dog vaccinated for Bordatella, K9 or Canine Cough, we have a 14 day waiting period before they can be accepted for boarding AFTER THIS VACCINE. .Please arrange for any inoculations well in advance of your dog's arrival date or we may not be able to accept your pet.

No or limited Daycare during Holiday weeks
Late pick-ups at $1 minute, Daycare Pass holders have a 15 minute grace period.
We prefer to have your pet join us during the breakfast hour of 8:00 - 9:00 AM however we will accomandate work schedules, even earlier/later if your are a Daycare Pass holder. Please discuss with us your needs prior to purchasing a pass.
Reservations and cancellations now require a 24 hour advance notice. If less then 24 hours we may not be able to accept your dog. Less then 24 hours and you will be charged for Daycare, Pass card holders will have one day deducted from their passes per dog. Courtesy and communication allows us to effectively schedule our days and keep cost for you down.
